I am an instrument of Gaia, and so are you! This is excellent news and I am moved by the observation that the largest obstacle to looking after each other, ourselves and our Earth are the stories that we act out in our daily lives, the unexamined patterns and ruts that limit what we see as our horizon.

By cleaning up your communication and getting more honest about what you are really saying and trying to do, you can heal what needs healing, say what you really mean and get on with creating the world that you really want to create!

Millicent Haughey

I am an edgeworker, inventor of new cultures, initiation midwife and writer. I am actively researching what it means to become an adult through authentic initiations. As an avid asker of questions, I passionately empower women to reclaim their voices, heal old traumas, and live the life that naturally unfolds from within themselves.

I offer one on one coaching sessions in healing from trauma, creating possibilities, and writing sessions. This year I am offering a weekly team to come together and research, becoming your own path. Read more about that here.

Mia Ruby Plum

I am a healer, a poet, and an asker of wondrous questions! I have always explored new ways to live outside of the norms of modern culture. My curiosity has paved a life of adventures: travelling around the world, experimenting, and discovering authentic adulthood initiations.

I am in love with the alchemical process of transformation and how the heavy stuff of life can be transmuted into space for fresh, juicy new possibilities to emerge.

I think all humans are creative geniuses at their core, and by tuning into the resources of our own feelings we can create the world we want to live in. I’m unendingly fascinated by what makes relationships tick, and I care that people are empowered with tools for clear and responsible communication so that regenerative communities and projects can thrive, and lasting love can be nurtured.

Sebastian Norton

I live in the creative tension between reality and what is possible. I’m cherishing the quality and richness of life I’ve found since departing from my previous life plan of denying what is happening and being anxious about staying on the ‘right path’ towards where I ‘should be’.

I discovered that stories are the fabric of my day to day experience, and that the only one who can uncover and change these stories is me.

Currently I’m on fire about practising the skills of consciously choosing to create a kick-ass reality in every moment and sharing these skills with anyone who has the hunch there’s something more to this mysterious life than ticking boxes and playing out old patterns.

My work with Possibility Management and Janet opened a world of distinctions that deepened my passion for listening and being heard. Years of bodywork showed me that healing and consciousness grow when feelings are witnessed with an open heart. I love exploring this with others who want to connect deeply.

What matters most to me is helping create a world where we relate through feelings — not as flaws, but as our birthright and the source of life’s energy.
