Building Communication Bridges – Relational Tools for Regenerative Culture

Regenerative work is relational work. Whether you are restoring a landscape, protecting an ecosystem, growing food, organising a community or trying to change social norms in relation to the environment, you will likely have come up against the limits of your own or others ability to work together.

This training offers practical tools for communicating with greater clarity, listening more deeply, recognising the patterns that get in the way of connection, and staying in relationship when things get difficult. We will explore how to speak what is true for us, listen to what is true for others, navigate differences and disagreements and create the conditions for more honest and generative collaboration.
